I cut it out ðŸ«ðŸ­

Not that long ago I started my fitness journey with my partner Reece. Determined like every other “health” conscious person to either lose weight, tone up or gain muscle mass.

I set myself up for the last 2 weeks only eating vegetables and fish – trying to avoid any red meat or chicken where possible. Not only did this make me feel less bloated during the day but I actually felt like I had more energy and was motivated to stick with it. 2 weeks later I actually feel like I could continue to cut meat out. My go to meal ended up being Grilled Salmon with vegetables/mash potatoes I could now eat this meal every night!!

I also have cutting out any EXTRA sugar in my program. No caramel lattes, no biscuits, no ice-cream, no fast food junk and NO chocolate! Now this was the tricky part for me. Not being able to binge at 3pm in my office job, or grab a quick ‘pick me up’ before going into meetings etc.

I’ve been restricting myself quite a lot lately, trying new eating programs and cutting things out completely and let me tell you the struggle is real! Like I’ve mentioned before Reece and I really love food! That’s what we do best… EAT! But it’s all for the end gain! So just need to keep pushing through!!
